How to Lodge a Complaint

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service or believe we have not complied with the NCA, you have the right to lodge a complaint.

Interest Rates and Fees

All our loan products are subject to the maximum interest rates and fees prescribed by the National Credit Act. These limits are reviewed regularly by the Minister of Trade and Industry. We will always clearly disclose the total cost of credit before you sign any agreement.
